Storage: Upon arrival, remove your shoes and place in the cubbies provided in the corridor, check in at the front desk and sign into class.
Mat Rental: We provide yoga mats for your use and convenience free of charge.
Cell Phones /Pagers/ Electronic Devices: Before entering the Studio, silence or turn off all communication devices.
Footwear: We recommend yogis practice with bare feet for all Yoga classes.
Valuables: We recommend that you do no bring valuables with you to class as Saffron Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Our studios have ample cubbies for you store your belongings during class.
Perfumes/Scented Body Products: Please refrain from wearing any perfumes or scented body products to respect the potential allergies of fellow yogis.
Chewing Gum: Please remember to dispose of any chewing gum before entering the studio.
Digestion Before Class: An empty stomach is recommended for the optimal class experience. It is ideal to wait 1 hour after a meal or a half hour after a light snack or drink.
Injuries/Physical Limitations: We invite you to talk to your instructor if you have any injuries or conditions that he/she should know about.
